Thrust roller bearings are used to bear the combined axial and radial loads mainly under the axial load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has lower friction factor, higher speed and self-aligning performance.

1. Selection and control of the tolerance of the thrust roller bearing chamber: After the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the thrust roller bearing, it should rotate flexibly without any sense of blockage. If the rotation is obviously inflexible, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be reduced. If the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the shaft and has an obvious "sand" feeling when rotated by hand, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the thrust roller bearing chamber, it is necessary to control the roundness. Many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance and do not control the roundness.

2. Assembly method of thrust roller bearing: Because thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, if improper assembly is easy to cause damage to the thrust roller bearing channel, resulting in damage to the thrust roller bearing. The thrust roller bearing should have a special mold when assembling, and cannot be beaten at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small circle can be stressed, and when a large circle is pressed, only a large circle can be stressed. When assembling, it is required to use air pressure or hydraulic pressure. When pressing, the upper and lower molds should be out of the horizontal state. If it is inclined, the thrust roller bearing channel will be damaged due to force, which will cause the thrust roller bearing to generate noise.

3. Prevention of foreign objects in assembly: When the thrust roller bearing is mounted on the rotor for dynamic balance, it is easy to enter the iron scraps generated during dynamic balancing into the thrust roller bearing, so the dynamic balance is performed before installing the thrust roller bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the thrust roller bearing chamber for lubricating effect during assembly, but it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. If the oil or grease accumulates in the thrust roller bearing chamber a lot , it is easy to enter the inside of the thrust roller bearing along the shaft when the thrust roller bearing rotates. The thrust roller bearing chamber should not be coated with oil or grease. If coating is necessary, it must be controlled that there is no accumulation in the thrust roller bearing chamber.

4. Prevention of paint rust: The characteristic of paint rust is that it occurs frequently in the sealed motor. The motor has a good sound during assembly, but after being placed in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large. Remove the thrust roller. Sub-bearings are seriously rusted. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the problem of thrust roller bearings. After our continuous publicity, the motor factory has realized that it is mainly the problem of insulating paint. This problem is mainly because the acidic substances volatilized from the insulating paint form corrosive substances under certain temperature and humidity, which corrode the thrust roller bearing channel and cause damage to the thrust roller bearing. The problem can only be to choose a good insulating paint, and assemble it after drying and ventilating for a period of time.
