1. Internal structure

2. Dimensions and external structure
DA-Separable double row angular contact ball bearing with double half inner ring. Example: 3306DA DZ-cylindrical outer diameter roller bearing. Example: ST017DZ K-tapered bore bearing, taper 1:12. Example: 2308K.
K30 - Tapered bore bearing, taper 1:30. Example: 24040K30.
2LS-double inner ring, double row cylindrical roller bearing with dust cover on both sides. Example: NNF5026C
.2LS.V- Internal structure change, double inner ring, with dust cover on both sides, full complement double row cylindrical roller bearing.
N - Bearings with snap grooves on the outer ring. Example: 6207N.

S - Bearings with lubricating oil grooves and three lubricating oil holes in the outer ring. Example: 23040 is. Spherical roller bearings with bearing outer diameter D greater than or equal to 320 mm are not marked with S.
X-dimensions comply with international standards. Example: 32036X.
Z..- Technical conditions for special structures. Arranged in order from Z11 onwards. Example: Z15-Stainless Steel Bearing (W-N01.3541).

3. Sealing and dustproof
RSR-bearing has a seal on one side. Example: 6207RSR. ZR-bearing has a dust cover on one side. Example: 6207ZR. 2ZR-bearing with sealing cover on both sides. Example: 62072ZR. ZRN-bearing has a dust cover on one side and a stop groove on the outer ring on the other side. Example: 6207ZRN. 2ZRN-Bearing with dust cover on both sides, with stop groove on the outer ring. Example: 62072ZRN
ZR-- One side of the bearing has a dust cover. Example: 6207 ZR .2ZR bearing has dust caps on both sides. Example: 6207.2ZR ZRN-- One side of the bearing has a dust cover, and the other side has a stop groove on the outer ring. Example: 6207 ZRN. .2ZRN-- The bearing is provided with dust cover on both sides, and there is a stop groove on the outer ring. Example: 6207.2ZRN. Post code - cage and its material 1 Solid cage. 5. Bearing without cage
V-full complement rolling element bearing. Example: NU207V. VT - full complement rolling element bearing with spacer balls or rollers. Example: 51120VT
6. Tolerance class
(Including dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy) P0-tolerance level conforms to the level 0 specified by the international standard ISO, which is omitted in the code and does not indicate. P6-Tolerance class conforms to class 6 stipulated by the international standard ISO. P6X - Tolerance class 6X tapered roller bearings in accordance with the international standard ISO. P5-Tolerance class conforms to class 5 specified by the international standard ISO. P4-Tolerance class conforms to class 4 specified by the international standard ISO. P2-Tolerance class conforms to international standard ISO class 2 (excluding tapered roller bearings). SP-dimensional accuracy is equivalent to grade 5, and rotational accuracy is equivalent to grade 4 (double row cylindrical roller bearings). UP-Dimensional accuracy is equivalent to grade 4, and rotation accuracy is higher than grade 4 (double row cylindrical roller bearings). HG-dimensional accuracy is equivalent to grade 4, and rotation accuracy is higher than grade 4 and lower than grade 2 (spindle bearing).
7. Clearance
C1--The clearance conforms to the standard 1 group, less than the 2 group. C2-- The clearance conforms to the standard 2 groups, less than 0 groups. C0-- Group 0 whose clearance conforms to the standard, is omitted in the code and does not indicate. C3--The clearance conforms to the 3 groups specified in the standard, and the clearance is greater than 0 group. C4--The clearance conforms to the 4 groups specified in the standard, and the clearance is greater than 3 groups. C5-- The clearance conforms to the 5 groups specified in the standard, and the clearance is greater than 4 groups. When the tolerance class code and clearance code need to be expressed at the same time, take the tolerance class code (not indicated for P0 class) and the clearance group number (not indicated for group 0) to express. Example: P63=P6+C3 , it means the bearing tolerance class is P6 class, and the radial clearance is 3 groups. P52=P5+C2 , which means the bearing tolerance class is P5 class, with 2 groups of radial clearance. For non-standard clearance, when special radial clearance and axial clearance are required, the relevant limit value should be expressed in μ m after the letter R (radial clearance) or A (axial clearance). Separate them with small dots. Example: 6210.R10.20--6210 bearing, radial clearance 10 μ m to 20 μ m. 6212.A120.160--6212 Bearings, axial clearance 120 μm to 160 μm.
