1. Selection of bearing clearance: When purchasing bearings, users generally only tell what type and grade they are in, and rarely put forward requirements for bearing clearance. Business personnel must ask about the use conditions of INA imported bearings, among which INA imported bearings The speed, temperature, and fit tolerances are directly related to the choice of bearing clearance. Generally, motors with a speed below 3500 rpm mostly use CM clearance, such as high-temperature high-speed motors, which require relatively large clearance. After assembly, the bearing clearance will be reduced due to the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of the clearance = the amount of interference × 60% (except the bearing chamber is aluminum). For example, the clearance of the bearing before assembly is 0.01mm, and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, then the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.004mm. Theoretically, the noise and life of the bearing reach the best state when there is zero clearance, but in actual operation, considering the temperature rise and other issues, the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm.
2. Selection of grease: The selection of grease is generally based on the rotation speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque of INA imported bearings, and business personnel are required to have a good understanding of the performance of various greases.
3. Selection of bearing model: The bearing model is generally selected by the user's technical personnel according to the use conditions and load bearing of the supporting products. The business personnel mainly understand whether the actual load of the user is in line with the selected bearing. If the cylindrical roller bearing fails to meet the use requirements, the customer should be advised to change the model as soon as possible, but unless there is a special product, there is generally no problem in selecting the model.
4. Selection of bearing seal type: The lubrication of INA imported bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease. Oil-lubricated bearings generally use formal bearings, and grease-lubricated INA imported bearings are generally sealed with dust caps or rubber seals. The dust cover is suitable for high temperature or good use environment. The seals are divided into two types: contact seal and non-contact seal. The contact seal has good dustproof performance but large starting torque, and the non-contact seal has small starting torque, but the sealing performance No contact is good.
Bearing disassembly: The INA imported bearing is installed at the root of the steering knuckle shaft, which is difficult to disassemble, mainly because it is inconvenient to operate. A special puller can be used, which can be easily disassembled. Put the two half-conical inner round pull sleeves of the puller on the inner bearing, tighten the fastening bolts, and then cover the pull sleeve with the pull sleeve ring so that it cannot be opened, then rotate the handle to make the top of the screw stick to the center of the steering knuckle end hole, and continue to turn the handle clockwise to pull out the inner bearing.
Disassembly using the old leaf spring: Cut two holes slightly larger than the diameter of the tire nut on the old leaf spring of suitable length according to the center distance of the tire nut, turn the concave surface of the leaf spring outward, and screw the nut and end at the front end of the steering knuckle Flush to protect the steering knuckle thread, fill the spacer with appropriate thickness between the leaf spring and the steering knuckle, and tighten the two tire nuts pressed on the leaf spring at the same time. The mill bearing is pulled outward. If the bearing still cannot be removed, hammer the middle of the leaf spring several times to generate vibration force, and then turn the nut.
1. Before disassembly, the relationship between INA imported bearings and related parts should be clarified: carefully observe the relationship between the position of the bearing and the related parts, analyze the installation process and method, and then work out the disassembly method and procedure.
2. Try not to disassemble those that can not be disassembled: The inner and outer rings of the separated bearings are usually fitted with interference fit. In order to ensure the accuracy of their fit and shorten the repair period, try not to disassemble the bearings that can not be disassembled.
3. Adopt scientific disassembly method:
(1) When disassembling the journal, force should be applied to the inner ring, and the rolling mill bearing on the disassembling bearing seat should be applied to the inner ring.
(2) When disassembling the inner ring or outer ring of the bearing, the force should be balanced and even, and should not be skewed to prevent jamming.
(3) When disassembling the INA imported bearing, it is not allowed to knock with broken objects. It must be disassembled by pressure or special disassembly tools. In individual cases, it can also be knocked with copper rods or other soft metal pads.
