Why do INA imported bearings fail and how to solve them

The metallurgical quality of bearing materials used to be the main factor affecting the early failure of INA imported bearings. With the improvement of metallurgical technology (such as vacuum degassing of bearing steel, etc.), the quality of raw materials has been improved. The proportion of raw material quality factor in the overall eccentric bearing failure analysis has decreased significantly, but it is still one of the main factors affecting bearing failure. Whether the material is selected properly is still a factor that must be considered in bearing failure analysis.

The main task of bearing failure analysis is to find out the main factors causing the failure of INA imported bearings based on a large number of background materials, analysis data and failure forms, so as to propose improvement measures in a targeted manner, prolong the service period of imported bearings, and avoid the occurrence of bearings. Sudden early failure.

The vibration of the bearing has a significant effect on the failure of the bearing. For example, peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration detection of INA imported bearings. Therefore, by using a special overall eccentric bearing vibration measurement device (frequency analyzer and vibrometer, etc.), the magnitude of the vibration can be measured. The frequency distribution can infer the details of abnormal vibration. The measured value is different due to the different conditions for the use of INA imported bearings or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment scale.

1. Reason: The overall eccentric bearing has low accuracy; Method: Select the bearing with the specified accuracy level.

2. Reason: the spindle is bent or the box hole is not concentric; method: repair the spindle or the box.

3. Reason: The belt is too tight; Method: Adjust the belt to make it tight.

4. Reason: poor lubrication; method: select the specified grade of lubricating material and clean it properly.

5. Reason: low assembly quality; method: improve assembly quality.

6. Reason: running ring in the inner shell of the bearing; method: replace the bearing and related wear parts.

7. The axial force is too large; method: clean and adjust the clearance of the sealing ring to be between 0.2 and 0.3 mm, correct the diameter of the impeller balance hole and check the static balance value.

8. The bearing is damaged; method: replace the INA bearing.
