Bearing characteristics
NTN deep groove ball bearings have a wide range of applications. The inner and outer ring raceways are arc-shaped deep grooves, which can withstand radial loads, bidirectional loads, and their combined loads. NTN deep groove ball bearings are also suitable for high-speed rotation applications. Among such bearings, there are grease-filled bearings (double-sided dust cover or double-sided sealing ring bearings) filled with grease, bearings with snap rings, etc. Using these NTN bearings simplifies bearing housing design.

Bearing Type
Dust cover, non-contact ZZ: The steel plate cover is on the outer ring; the inner ring has a V-shaped sealing groove and maintains a certain gap with the dust cover.
Sealing ring, non-contact LLB: The iron core synthetic rubber sealing ring is mounted on the outer ring; the other end of the sealing ring is aligned with the V-shaped sealing groove of the inner ring, and the surface of the sealing groove and the sealing ring maintain a certain gap.
Sealing ring, contact type LLU: The iron core synthetic rubber sealing ring is installed on the outer circle; the other end of the sealing ring is aligned with the V-shaped sealing groove of the inner ring. The surface of the sealing groove is in contact with the sealing ring.
Seal ring, low torque type LLH: The basic structure is similar to the LU type, but the lip end of the seal ring is specially designed, which not only prevents dust, but also reduces the bearing torque.
