The first-level anti-rust management personnel will conduct a monthly process discipline inspection of the production plant, and the management of cooling water, anti-rust liquid, cleaning liquid, and anti-rust oil, as well as the rust rate, cleanliness and oiled packaging of finished NSK bearings, The management level of the rust inhibitor and the detection of the monitoring items shall be comprehensively checked, the assessment shall be scored, and the assessment results shall be issued to the production plant. A rust prevention management network is established from top to bottom, so that the rust prevention work has a good management foundation.
