IKO rod ends

IKO rod ends are self-aligning spherical plain bearings that are small in size but can withstand large radial loads and bidirectional axial loads at the same time. This bearing can be divided into embedded type, die-casting type and oil-free type according to the type of sliding.

The embedded joint inner ring is in contact with the special copper alloy bushing with good running-in, the die-casting joint inner ring is in contact with the special die-cast zinc alloy, and the oil-free joint inner ring is in contact with the self-lubricating special PTFE inner lining. As a result, smooth rotation and tilt motion can be obtained, and the wear resistance and load resistance are excellent.

Rod ends of rod ends are machined with internal or external threads for easy installation. It is used for control mechanism and linkage mechanism of machine tools, textile machinery and packaging machinery. Especially suitable for food machinery and other areas that hate oil and parts that cannot be refueled.
