IKO Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings use a special thin steel sheet that is precision stamped and carburized and hardened with a drawn cup. Therefore, it is a needle roller bearing with a small cross-sectional height, light weight and large rated load.

There are two types of bearings with cage and full complement, which can be selected according to the operating conditions of the bearing. The cage-attached structure is suitable for high-speed rotation because the cage and thrust ring precisely guide the needle rollers. The full-roller structure is suitable for heavy-duty low-speed rotation. The installation with the bearing seat is fixed by pressing, so it does not need to be fixed in the axial direction.
