FAG tapered roller bearing

Tapered roller bearings are suitable for transmitting radial and axial loads. 313 series tapered roller bearings are suitable for occasions with large axial load due to their particularly large contact angle, and 323B series tapered roller bearings also have a relatively large contact angle.

Bearing clearance
The axial clearance of the tapered roller bearing is set by adjusting the other bearing paired with it during installation.

The modified tapered roller-raceway contact line reduces stress concentrations and maintains bearing alignment.

tolerance
The basic types of FAG tapered roller bearings have common tolerances (tolerance class PN). The 320X, 329, 330, 331 and 332 series tapered roller bearings with bore diameters up to 200mm have narrower width tolerances, with tolerance class P6X. The larger bearings in these series, the rib bearings and the other series have a width tolerance of PN. On request, FAG can also provide high precision tapered roller bearings, for example some 320X series bearings have a dimensional tolerance of P5, these bearings have the suffix P5.

heat treatment
The FAG tapered roller bearing after heat treatment can be used in the working temperature below 120℃. Bearings with an outer diameter >90mm continue to work and the temperature of bearing dimensional stability is 150℃, and the dimensional stability temperature of bearings >120mm is 200℃.
